Organization Review

The Organization Review is the first step in the quality assurance process and must be completed prior to submitting a program application.

Organization Review Overview

The Organization Review is intended to assess the Indigenous Institute’s operations, intention/character of the Institute, financial ability, student interest policies and practices, in order to ensure that all operations and program delivery are rooted in Indigenous values. Approval of an Organization Review is valid for 10 years; however, Institutes are required to submit an interim report at the 5-year mark. Interim Reporting

Approved Indigenous Institutes must submit an interim report at the 5 year mark of their 10 year approval.

The interim report is intended to provide information of any major changes in the areas of organizational authority and structure, educational programming, and general operational changes or updates. In advance of the 5-year mark, an IAESC quality assurance team member will be in contact to discuss the report well in advance of its due date.

For questions regarding interim reporting, quality assurance or submitting an application please contact the Quality Assurance team.
